Senior AI Engineer, Internal AI Platforms

📋 Description

• Design, build, and improve Cortex: retrieval, docs analysis, workflows
• Develop integrations with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, Slack, and internal systems
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines: ingestion, embeddings, vector search, permissions
• Develop agentic workflows for summarization, ticket updates, and data access
• Define architecture for secure self-hosted, private, or cloud-isolated AI
• Partner with Security/IT/Compliance on governance and secure API access

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 2+ years building AI/ML/automation/LLM apps in production
• Strong programming in Python, TypeScript, or both
• Hands-on AI systems using LLMs, RAG, vector databases, embeddings, orchestration
• Experience deploying scalable services in cloud or private infra, preferably AWS
• Strong understanding of security, permissions, identity management, and data governance
