Own end-to-end AI pipelines: data → retrieval → orchestration → output
Develop evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, and quality loops for reliability
Integrate LLMs with enterprise data, tools, and workflows (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel)
Ship full-stack features and help define architecture and engineering culture

🎯 Requirements

4+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
Proven track record shipping production-grade AI systems
Python proficiency and TypeScript working knowledge
4+ years with Docker and Kubernetes
2+ years building with LLMs in production
Must be US-authorized; Hybrid schedule in San Jose
