Senior AI Engineer - APM Integrations

📋 Description

• Build agent workflows from plan to implementation with human approvals at checkpoints.
• Synthesize context from code, docs, telemetry, and incidents to guide changes.
• Generate and evolve integration code and tests for real customer workloads.
• Design evaluation harnesses to prevent regressions: golden sets, baselines, checks.
• Automate upstream changes, tracer rollouts, and schema migrations.
• Partner with PMs and engineers to embed the system in daily workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years building backend systems (Go/Java/.NET), focused on simplicity and performance.
• Proven experience delivering LLM/agent features to production (prompting, evals, safety guards).
• Able to navigate ambiguity and iterate from prototype to production with measurable impact.
• Strong ML fundamentals: lifecycle, datasets, modeling, evaluation.
• Fluency with offline/online evals and harnesses to prevent quality drift.
• Distributed systems and observability: tracing, latency, concurrency, monitoring, on-call.
