Senior AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and scale the agent runtime and SDKs for broker/workflow teams.
• Design and own RAG and document understanding pipelines for insurance artifacts.
• Build a connector framework with auth, rate-limiting, schema discovery, and auditability.
• Establish the evaluation and observability backbone for offline/online AI metrics.
• Own model routing between hosted models and on-premise/self-hosted options.
• Stand up and operate on-premise model hosting for regulatory/data-sensitivity needs.

🎯 Requirements

• BS, MS or PhD in CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong AI depth.
• API design, data modeling, testing, debugging production systems, code review.
• Strong TypeScript skills with Node.js or a TypeScript backend in production.
• Experience with containerization, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and observability.
• Led AI/ML projects end-to-end, including API design and production operations.
