🎯 Requirements
- Backend engineer with 5+ years (Go/Java/Python) shipping software using LLMs.
- Passionate about Generative AI to help software engineers be more productive.
- Experience with LLMs, large-scale systems and data sets, ML or related fields.
- Strong community ambassador and can drive technical conversations to pragmatic solutions.
- Want to work in a fast, high-growth startup environment that respects engineers and customers.
- Experience writing developer tools (IDEs, static code analysis, or compilers).
- Demonstrated ability to use AI coding tools in day-to-day workflows and critique/refine AI output.
- Bonus: motivated to push the boundaries of how AI can improve software engineering.
