Senior AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and manage multi-agent workflows (onboarding, scenarios, sims).
• Architect LLM context management to prevent context rot and latency.
• Develop prompting, evals, and CI/CD pipelines for AI systems.
• Build moderation and risk mgmt pipelines for inputs and outputs.
• Integrate AI outputs with backend/frontend for UI/data flow.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong software architecture and production-grade coding.
• 1–3 years of hands-on Generative AI in production.
• Python and TypeScript proficiency; familiarity with Angular v21.
• Experience with agent harnesses (LangGraph, CrewAI, OpenAI Agents SDK).
• Knowledge of latency, token usage, caching, and context engineering.
• Security, guardrails, and prompt-injection risk mitigation.
• Experience with AI evals and CI/CD style testing.
