Senior AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and deploy scalable multi-agent systems for Mar Tech (ad targeting, segmentation, personalization).
• Develop real-time AI features powering personalised advertising and customer journey analytics.
• Collaborate with BI, data engineers, and product teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Leverage GCP infrastructure and cutting-edge AI techniques for marketing challenges.
• Monitor production AI systems focusing on reliability and performance.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in agent-oriented programming.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior software engineer with Ad Tech/Mar Tech or similar high-scale experience
• Experience building multi-agent or single-agent architectures with API/MCP integrations
• Strong understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning; foundation models and prompt engineering
• Practical experience with GCP services or AWS equivalents (Vertex AI, BigQuery ML, Dataflow, Dataproc)
• CI/CD for AI/ML, model versioning, monitoring, and AI Ops practices
• Understanding of marketing concepts: CLV, attribution, RTB, and audience targeting is a plus
• Familiarity with data pipeline orchestration tools like Apache Airflow and Kubernetes
• You work well in teams and enjoy sharing knowledge
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and a fast-moving environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative and open to diverse perspectives
