Senior AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Build Gen AI apps: design and implement GenAI solutions and RAG pipelines.
• Design and orchestrate multi-step agent pipelines with prompts, APIs, and human-in-the-loop.
• Own ML lifecycle: data prep, feature engineering, fine-tuning, and eval with MLflow.
• Ingest data from BigQuery and lakes; embed and store to vector DBs; enforce governance.
• Docker & Helm on Kubernetes; GPU scheduling, autoscaling, blue-green rollouts, CI/CD.
• Instrument metrics and logs; run A/B/shadow tests; embed security and cost guardrails.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Data Science, or equivalent.
• 7+ years building ML/AI apps; 2+ years with LLMs.
• Proven delivery of RAG or agentic systems in production.
• Expert Python and SQL; strong Spark and distributed data-processing.
• Hands-on fine-tuning of foundation models; MLflow, Ray, and vector DBs.
• Production experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Git-based CI/CD.
