- Build autonomous agents to solve engineering problems (features, refactors, debt, bugs)
- Build reusable, production-ready AI workflows and department copilots
- Conduct workflow discovery with partners to identify high-value AI opportunities
- Partner with Security, Legal, and Data teams to ensure compliant, secure AI infra
- Provide documentation, enablement sessions, and metrics to drive adoption
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in software/platform/infrastructure building AI-enabled systems (LLMs, MCPs, orchestration)
- Experience designing internal platforms, APIs, or developer tooling
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and translating workflows into systems
- Security, data governance, and reliability practices in production (healthcare-adjacent)
- Familiarity with AI agent frameworks, MCPs, and enterprise integrations (CRM, HRIS, finance tools, tickets)
