🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years in IT systems engineering, business analysis, AI enablement, or similar.

- Familiar with enterprise AI patterns: copilots, agent-style workflows, RAG, embeddings.
- Strong communication to explain AI capabilities and limits to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams across functions without authority.
- Experience defining and tracking program success metrics to show business impact.
