- Facilitate discovery sessions to translate complex requirements into actionable plans.

- 6+ years in customer-facing implementation or professional services (SaaS/AI).
- Proven success managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong technical aptitude configuring software, integrations, and data flows.
- Excellent project management with proactive, detail-oriented approach.
- Exceptional communication with executives and technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Intercom, Zendesk, Salesforce or similar CX tools is a plus.
