Manage AI and software delivery projects, aligning scope, timelines, and client needs.
Build project plans, RAID logs, and delivery documentation; communicate status and risks.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive PMO best practices.
Lead AI/GenAI projects (LLM/NLU) with data readiness and risk tracking.
Govern AI costs, KPIs, governance basics, and safe model outputs.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years managing customer-facing software or SaaS projects.
Experience delivering Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
Exposure to technical SaaS and AI/GenAI projects.
Strong problem solving and risk management; strong communication.
Proficiency with PM tools: MS Project, Salesforce, Rocketlane; Power BI preferred.
PMP certification preferred.
