🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in AI/ML, architecture, or technical strategy roles
- Deep experience with agentic AI, RAG systems, orchestration, and tool integration
- Experience supporting the deployment of AI systems into enterprise or regulated environments
- Strong systems thinking and architectural judgment
- Executive presence and ability to operate across technical and commercial domains
- Bias toward production, accountability, and measurable outcomes
