🎯 Requirements

- 4+ years in business analysis within agile environments
- Certifications in Business Analysis and/or Scrum Master (preferred)
- Salesforce experience translating processes into Salesforce solutions
- Proficient in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows
- Facilitate workshops, backlog refinement, and stakeholder interviews
