📋 Description

• Design, build, and ship AI agents and workflows that automate core EPDI operations.
• Build and maintain a curated library of reusable AI skills and agents.
• Turn high-friction processes into reliable AI automations.
• Own full-stack AI builds from prototyping to deployment, connecting tools.
• Create docs, guides, and demos to help adoption and trust.
• Lead R&D with context engineering, RAG, and agent frameworks.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6+ years in automation engineering / internal tooling / ops.
• Deep AI and agent fluency: LLMs, APIs, vector databases, RAG.
• Turn actionable problems into automated workflows.
• Code and connect systems: APIs, webhooks, Jira, Confluence, Slack.
• Understand planning cycles and cross-team dependencies.
• Balance speed with reliability and maintainability.
