Senior Agentic AI Research Scientist

📋 Description

• Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and PMs to build proof-of-concepts.
• Lead end-to-end AI research on universal search and multimodal reasoning.
• Advance CV, ML and gen-AI tech for multimodal data.
• Design privacy-preserving, efficient and scalable models for visual data inference.
• Develop metrics for agentic multimodal models and validate in real-world settings.
• Stay current on agentic AI and CV advances and translate findings into Axon products.

🎯 Requirements

• PhD and 3+ years in multimodal ML, video understanding, IR, or related fields.
• Applied research with production impact in multimodal learning or RAG systems.
• Experience owning ML lifecycle from problem to deployment in production.
• Experience with large-scale ML, multimodal RAG systems, embeddings, vector search, and grounding LLMs.
• Strong video analysis/temporal modeling and CV fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Python and PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
