  • Attend inquiries from global customers via email, chat, voice, and social media.
  • Liaise with product and marketing teams to handle complaints and feedback.
  • Maintain knowledge of company products to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners and external stakeholders.
  • Escalate unresolved queries to Level 2/Supervisors per procedures.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • A diploma in finance, customer service, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a social media agent or customer service.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written Thai and English; multilingual skills a plus.
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools, such as Zendesk.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work according to given schedule to support 24x7 operations.
