๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Undertake tasks delegated by the Assistant Manager/Manager/Supervisor and Overseas BJ team.
  • Identify service/procedural improvements and suggest changes.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide feedback to colleagues and supervisors.
  • Escalate queries or unresolved issues to Level 2/Supervisors per procedures.
  • Handle inquiries from global customers.
  • Handle complaints and feedback about websites, products, platforms and services.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English AND Arabic.
  • Strong customer service skills, highly motivated team-player.
  • Knowledge of digital asset exchange/trading.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate others and achieve results.
  • Fast typing skills (at least 40 words per minute).
  • Diploma from college or above, related to any major.
