- Undertake tasks delegated by the Assistant Manager/Manager/Supervisor and Overseas BJ team.
- Identify service/procedural improvements and suggest changes.
- Participate in team meetings and provide feedback to colleagues and supervisors.
- Escalate queries or unresolved issues to Level 2/Supervisors per procedures.
- Handle inquiries from global customers.
- Handle complaints and feedback about websites, products, platforms and services.
๐ฏ Requirements
- Excellent command of spoken and written English AND Arabic.
- Strong customer service skills, highly motivated team-player.
- Knowledge of digital asset exchange/trading.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate others and achieve results.
- Fast typing skills (at least 40 words per minute).
- Diploma from college or above, related to any major.
