15+ years direct toll system project management and oversight
8-10 years hands-on toll collection tech experience
10+ years leading enterprise tech programs (networks/infrastructure)
5+ years implementing back-office or server-based systems
PMP certification and Bachelor's degree required
Ability to travel up to 20%
