Collaborate with engineering to define scalable logging and observability across AI workflows.
Lead the design and evaluation of A/B and causal tests for AI features.
Translate insights into strategic recommendations shaping product priorities.

🎯 Requirements

6+ years in industry; degree in a quantitative field (Masters/PhD a plus)
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Expert in Python, SQL, and A/B testing platforms
Experience with EDA, hypothesis testing, regression and NLP basics
Understanding of LLM architectures and prompt design
Data engineering foundations; work with pipelines and metrics
