Serve as a research expert for internal/external customers.

Contribute to KPI metrics and monitor processes; provide data-driven improvements.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree Required
Minimum 2 years in customer support
Able to work independently and in global teams
Excellent oral and written communication
Operate with urgency and meet critical deadlines and KPIs
Strong organization, decision-making, and analytical skills
Experience with Tableau or Power BI
Interpret and translate data into meaningful business insights
Continuous growth mindset; learn through stakeholder relationships and training
