Financial strategy: Recommend risk adjustment accrual settings; provide data-driven insights.
Trend analysis: Identify and investigate drivers of trends across plans, providers, vendors, and markets.
Stakeholder engagement: Maintain relationships and clear communication with stakeholders.
Team development: Support onboarding of new analysts and integrate into processes.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
Associate or Fellow of the SOA, or on track to become one.
3+ years of actuarial experience.
