Stakeholder engagement: Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Team development: Help onboard new analysts and integrate them into processes.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
SOA Associate or Fellow, or on track to become one.
3+ years of related actuarial experience.
