🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA a plus)
- 8+ years progressive accounting, including manager/senior manager
- Strong US GAAP, internal controls, and audit knowledge
- Experience leading month-end close in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to manage and develop teams, incl offshore/shared services
- Experience with NetSuite and close tools (FloQast)
