- Own balance sheet governance; drive reconciliations and remediation
- Coordinate with external auditors and US corporate teams on audits
🎯 Requirements
- BS or equivalent; CPA preferred
- 10+ years accounting, EU statutory reporting & multi-entity close
- US GAAP expertise with local GAAP in EU (Germany/Switzerland)
- Audit management experience (Big4) and SOX compliance
- Excel mastery; ERP systems like Oracle, SAP, NetSuite; consolidation tools
- English fluent; German preferred
