Senior Accounting Manager (Contract)

📋 Description

• Lead NA manufacturing and retail financial reporting.
• Own month-end and year-end close governance and calendar.
• Lead monthly balance sheet review and income statement analyses.
• Partner with FP&A, Payroll, Tax, and AP for close inputs.
• Support budgeting with actuals, trend analysis, and variance explanations.
• Own short-term cash flow forecasting and treasury coordination.

🎯 Requirements

• Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) or equivalent.
• 7+ years accounting experience post-designation.
• Experience in a high-growth, multi-national retail environment with ecommerce and multi-location ops.
• Proven ability to deliver timely day-to-day accounting operations and drive improvements.
• Proven success in leading, developing, and building high-performing teams.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
