Lead acquisition integrations and purchase accounting under ASC 805 with finance and legal
Own the full monthly, quarterly, and year-end close cycle
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Maintain and improve the general ledger system and financial record-keeping
Manage and develop a team of three direct reports
Partner with external auditors on the annual audit

🎯 Requirements

7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
4+ years managing direct reports in accounting/finance
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA preferred
Experience with acquisition integrations, purchase accounting, or ASC 805 consolidations
ERP system proficiency (NetSuite a plus)
Clear, direct communication with leadership and cross-functional teams
