- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, and close processes
- Background in automation, systems implementations, or AI/data tools in accounting
- Experience supporting external audits and SOX readiness and documentation
- Ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong systems and process-improvement mindset with a track record of automation
