Lead accounting and AP teams; ensure accurate NA financial reporting.
Own month-end and year-end close governance, calendars, and deliverables.
Manage monthly balance sheet review and income statement analysis; resolve reconciling items.
Partner with FP&A, Payroll, Tax, and AP to ensure close inputs/outputs.
Support planning with actuals, trend analysis, and variance explanations.
Oversee treasury processes: cash flow forecasting and hedging.

🎯 Requirements

Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) or equivalent
7+ years of progressive accounting experience post-designation
Experience in a high-growth multi-national ecommerce and retail environment
Proven ability to deliver efficient, accurate day-to-day accounting while guiding longer-term needs
Proven success in training and developing others; building high-performing teams
Able to travel domestically and internationally
