Oversee global accounting operations and lead a small team.
Manage consolidated financials, audits, cash flow and forecasting.
Apply US GAAP in multi-entity, multi-currency environments.
Oversee day-to-day accounting across US, UK, Poland; prepare consolidated statements.
Manage intercompany transactions, eliminations and month-end close.
Provide regular financial reporting to CFO and executive team.

🎯 Requirements

Degree in Accounting or Finance; Qualified CPA/ACA/ACCA.
6+ years accounting; 2+ years in management.
Strong US GAAP knowledge and consolidation accounting.
Experience with statutory audits and external auditors.
Advanced Excel; Sage Intacct (or similar ERP).
Multi-entity, multi-currency experience; cash flow forecasting.
