- Own full-cycle AR: billing, invoicing, collections, and cash application
- Review contracts for billing; maintain deferred revenue per ASC 606
- Month-end close; post AR, deferred revenue, write-offs, and bad debt reserves
- Monitor AR aging; manage collections with outreach and escalations
- Investigate billing or payment discrepancies; primary contact for inquiries
- Balance sheet reconciliations across NetSuite, Salesforce, and systems
- Support cash forecasting; analyze AR trends and DSOs and revenue reporting
- Document internal controls; assist audits and ad hoc projects
- Improve processes; plan and implement financial software including revenue tools
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years accounting in software/tech industries
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- US GAAP and revenue accounting fundamentals
- Month-end close experience
- Proficient in NetSuite, Salesforce; advanced Excel
- Strong communication and ownership
