🎯 Requirements
- Fluent English; Spanish knowledge a plus.
- Solid accounting knowledge; detail-oriented.
- Results-driven with problem-solving and data analysis.
- Experience with month-end close and reconciliations.
- Able to collaborate across regions/time zones.
- Strong ability to present reports and insights.
