Participate in month-end close; prepare and record journal entries.
Daily reconciliation of payments and disbursements; reconcile related Balance Sheet accounts.
Ensure daily payments are set up and approved accurately.
Consolidate and share daily/weekly summaries of US banking activity with Finance.
Identify and implement process improvements and automation to drive efficiencies.

🎯 Requirements

Strong experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
3-5 years relevant accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
In-depth understanding of GAAP
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
CPA license preferred; English/Spanish bilingual preferred
