- Close monthly inventory: reconcile GL to subledgers across locations and COGS.
- Close monthly fulfillment: reconcile GL to subledgers across locations/vendors.
- Track weekly COGS and fulfillment costs; compare actuals vs budget with FP&A.
- Maintain average inventory costs and landed costs for all SKUs.
- Own landed costs: freight, duties, taxes; allocate and analyze actuals.
- Analyze quarterly purchase price plus landed costs; explain variances.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field.
- 3-5 years in finance and/or accounting.
- 1+ year of inventory accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
- Experience with Netsuite or other ERP systems.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Initiative and deadline-driven.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
