🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA, CA, or equivalent certification strongly preferred
- 7+ years of accounting or finance experience, with India statutory exposure
- Background in public accounting (Big 4 preferred) and/or corporate accounting
- Experience working with auditors, tax advisors, and external vendors
- Strong ERP experience (NetSuite, Oracle, Workday) and advanced Excel skills
