Senior Accountant I

📋 Description

• Drive month-end close including entries, reconciliations, and amortization.
• Manage Loyalty/Rewards liability; reconcile breakage and redemption costs.
• Lead AR collections with Account Managers to resolve overdue accounts.
• Prepare monthly sales tax returns and assist intercompany consolidation.
• Support annual audits and variance analysis with executive commentary.
• Lead NetSuite system optimization and fixed assets management.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years in accounting/finance with month-end close and intercompany transactions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA designation or near completion.
• NetSuite ERP proficiency; experience with Float, Panax, TravelPerk is a plus.
• Strong variance analysis, accrual management, and ad-hoc modeling.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets; proactive, collaborative communicator.
