🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (CPA a plus)
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, public/private mix
- Strong understanding of US GAAP, internal controls, and documentation best practices
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration
