Senior Accountant, Fleet Accounting

📋 Description

• Review leases, modifications, terminations; update lease system with new activity.
• Execute monthly/quarterly close; prepare journal entries, reconciliations, disclosures.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Fixed Assets, Flexdrive, Technical Accounting, SEC Reporting.
• Prepare documents for external auditors and SOX controls.
• Develop and implement scalable accounting processes for timely reporting.
• Perform ad-hoc accounting/finance projects as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-year degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred.
• 4+ years in accounting, including Big 4 and multinational experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal daily direction.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Accounting research and problem solving skills.
• ASC 842 knowledge and experience strongly desired.
