Full cycle bookkeeping duties
Monthly journal entries for payroll, bank, corporate credit card and accruals
Ensure accurate financial reporting and allocations to departments and product lines
Reconcile creator payouts with operations team
Manage AP payments to vendors and vendor management
Manage all customer billing

🎯 Requirements

3 - 5 years of proven experience in finance or accounting roles
Certified accounting designation (CPA) preferred
Strong Microsoft Excel
Experience with Netsuite ERP systems
