Senior Accountant – Expense & Data Analysis

📋 Description

• Oversee accounting operations, including journal entries and month-end close.
• Manage treasury activities: daily cash reconciliations and intercompany transfers.
• Prepare monthly packages and liaise with parent company for consolidation.
• Design and maintain internal controls, policies, and risk-focused procedures.
• Digitize and structure financial data for analysis and reporting.
• Evaluate and optimize tech to automate manual processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred.
• CPA designation (active or in progress).
• 2-3 years public accounting, Big 4 or national firm.
• Strong foundation in U.S. GAAP and core accounting principles.
• Advanced Excel with formulas, pivot tables; VBA valued.
• Familiarity with Power Query/Power BI and data visualization.
