Senior Accountant

📋 Description

• Own P2P in Ramp: onboarding, invoicing, coding, policy enforcement.
• Run day-to-day T&E: cards, reimbursements, employee support.
• End-to-end contractor payments in Deel: routing, approvals, onboarding.
• Manage global creator payouts: onboarding, invoices, payment cycles.
• 5-business-day close in Campfire: reconciliations, variance, ERP sync.
• Maintain transaction integrity across finance stack; fix integration breaks.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably at a high-growth tech startup.
• Experience with full-cycle P2P and P2P/T&E tools (Ramp, Tipalti).
• Strong knowledge of ERPs: AP, journal entries, fixed assets, reconciliations.
• Experience with payroll software and payroll reconciliations.
• Solid understanding of US GAAP.
• Able to manage multiple workflows without gaps.
