Senior Accountant

📋 Description

• Own order-to-cash processes: review contracts, bookings, and invoicing flow.
• Manage AR collections and build automation to speed the cycle.
• Own procure-to-pay: purchase requests, bill payments, and card reconciliations.
• Prepare journal entries and monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Respond to vendor and employee questions on systems, payments, and setup.
• Lead accounting systems and integrations (NetSuite, Maxio, Airbase).

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of accounting in SaaS/tech; bachelor's in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• GAAP knowledge, incl. ASC 606 and SaaS revenue recognition.
• Hands-on NetSuite; familiarity with Maxio and Airbase a plus.
• Proven ability to improve accounting systems and workflows.
• Comfort with AI and automation to reduce manual work.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
