Accounts payable — design, document, operate end-to-end AP process.
Balance sheet reconciliations — reconcile cash, prepaids, fixed assets, accruals.
Accounting policies and controls — build policy library and internal controls.

🎯 Requirements

5-8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
Active CPA or CPA-eligible with licensure imminent.
End-to-end ownership of month-end close.
Strong technical accounting under US GAAP.
Experience leading or supporting early-stage external audits.
Builder's mindset: design and document processes from scratch.
