Senior Accountant, Corporate Accounting

📋 Description

• Act as primary Corporate Accounting lead for FGCC on compensation accounting.
• Ensure month-end close integrity for compensation areas.
• Partner with Payroll, HR Comp, Commission Ops, Tech Accounting, FP&A, and Legal.
• Maintain internal controls and best practices in compensation accounting.
• Lead quarterly reviews and annual audit requests; main auditor contact.
• Develop and present balance sheet and P&L analyses for compensation accounts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA or CPA-equivalent strongly preferred.
• 5+ years in Big4 and industry at a public company.
• Direct experience with Stock-Based Compensation (ASC 718).
• US GAAP, SEC, and SOX/internal controls knowledge.
• NetSuite and/or Oracle/SAP ERP experience preferred.
