Own accounting for Brex Card and Spend Management SaaS products, incl. reconciliations.
Support prepaids, accruals, fixed assets, internal-use software, cost allocation.
Ensure timely month-end close with journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analytics.
Identify and deliver process improvements via cross-functional collaboration.
Create sustainable, repeatable and scalable processes; update process docs.

🎯 Requirements

Four-year degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
3 years of public accounting or private industry experience.
Able to work in fast-paced environment and handle difficult situations professionally.
Innovative and able to provide outside-the-box solutions.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Experience implementing and improving business processes and systems.
