- Own accounting processes for Brex Card and Spend Management SaaS products.
- Set up reconciliations; drive system improvements with cross-functional teams.
- Support prepaids, accruals, fixed assets, internal use software, cost allocation, international accounting.
- Ensure timely month-end close with journals, reconciliations, and variance analytics.
- Identify and deliver process improvements via cross-functional collaboration.
- Create scalable processes and update process documentation.
🎯 Requirements
- College graduate with a 4-year degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- 3 years of public accounting or private industry experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and address difficult situations professionally.
- Innovative and able to provide outside-the-box solutions.
- Passion for owning responsibilities and for career growth.
- Experience implementing and improving business processes and systems.
- Effective verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
