Participate in monthly close; prepare journal entries and reconciliations.
Own the Reinsurance Dashboard; reconcile with Stop Loss, Claims, Aon, and GL reporting.
Coordinate with Actuarial, Stop Loss, Claims, HPA, and Underwriting teams for accurate reporting.
Assist in preparing monthly variance analysis.
Analyze accounting pronouncements; research and resolve technical issues.
Assist in preparing supporting information for financial statements and disclosures.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
3 years of accounting experience
Highly analytical and detail oriented
