Senior Accountant

📋 Description

• Lead order-to-cash including invoicing, AR, DSO.
• Oversee month-end close with journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Maintain GL accuracy and proper transaction coding.
• Prepare monthly P&Ls by department; flag variances.
• Manage onshore and offshore accounting teams; transition in-house.
• Partner with Finance on forecasting and implement AI-driven automation.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in accounting, preferably in services, agency, or startups.
• 1+ year order-to-cash/billing experience with AR and DSO.
• Experience leading onshore and offshore teams.
• Full-cycle accounting including GL, reconciliations, financials.
• Hands-on QuickBooks Online; strong Excel and modeling.
• Bachelor's degree; CPA a plus; Ramp experience.
