🎯 Requirements
- Background in public accounting (Big 4 preferred) or strong operational experience at a high-growth technology startup
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Demonstrate experience with system implementations and process improvements
- Strong analytical skills and ability to perform complex reconciliations
- Proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem solving
- Strong desire to build accounting processes in a fast-paced technology environment
