Prepare payroll journal entries for US HQ and North America subsidiaries.
Prepare payroll accruals: monthly accruals, bonus, worker’s comp, PTO, commissions.
Close month-, quarter-, and year-end per schedule.
Reconcile and analyze general ledger accounts per GAAP.
Maintain monthly cash clearing and GL reconciliations.
Partner with FP&A and payroll teams to resolve non-reconciling items.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
1+ years payroll accounting experience.
3+ years general ledger accounting experience.
GAAP knowledge.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with finance systems (Workday, Oracle, ADP Globalview).
